We help corporate clients (Particularly Medium/ Large businesses, Institutional Investors, Private Equity funds or Financial Institutions) that wish to set-up a company abroad to find skilled Service Providers. Once Team FeeQuotes verified a Client account and respective Client has issued a FeeQuote Request, we moderate the request and split it in accordance with an estimate number of different types of Service Providers we expect the Client to need.

As from this moment all verified Service Providers will be able to see matching FeeQuote Requests including a number of Credits (can be purchased within the Service Provider account) required to purchase the right to issue a FeeQuote. The matching Requests give all information needed for Service Providers to determine whether they would like to pursue onboarding this prospective Client.

Once you made the purchase, we share all relevant client contact details and step back as you pursue onboarding your Client.

Service providers need to purchase and use Credits in order to purchase the right to issue a FeeQuote. The number of required Credits differs for each project. In order for you to determine whether you wish to buy, you will be given all relevant project information (no names basis) and you will know how many FeeQuotes were issued thus far.

FeeQuotes regains control on your front office. FeeQuotes takes away the need to initiate cold calling with all adverse aspects thereto. We give you hot leads which allows you to reduce the efforts of your business development team. Business development investments are made transparent and you know what is your success rate as competition operates on the basis of the same information (level playing field). This objective information (personal favours and befriended networks are excluded elements) allow leverage and control. You can choose rejecting a FeeQuote Request without damaging your reputation towards respective client (you may reject a project now but wish to help your Client on another occasion)

FeeQuotes.com intermediates for corporate clients wishing to setup a company abroad. Particularly Medium/ Large businesses, Institutional investors, Private Equity funds and Financial institutions rely on our bespoke intermediation services. Clients are serious in their search for new Service Providers and will not use FeeQuotes for mere orientational purposes. FeeQuotes.com is not equipped to work for Private Clients, Small Businesses and/or businesses that primarily operate in their domestic market.

Service Providers wishing to register on FeeQuotes.com need to be experienced in working with Medium/ Large businesses, Institutional Investors, Private Equity funds orFinancial Institutions. Qualifying Service Providers have experience and expertise with international business transactions and/or international clients. FeeQuotes.com is not equipped to work with Service Providers that primarily assist Private Clients and/or businesses which primarily operate in their own domestic market.

Any information you enter at FeeQuotes.com is treated confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy . We store information only for the proper functioning of our platform. Your contact details are only shared with verified Clients that raised a FeeQuote Request.

No we merely offer intermediation services. Users wishing to use FeeQuotes.com are responsible for any Know Your Client requirements as maybe relevant to them. Reference is made to our Know Your Customer and Identity Verification Policy. FeeQuotes.com is not involved nor assumes responsibility for Client / Service Provider onboarding and/ or transactions entered into by Clients and/or Service Providers. Such requirements may include for example:

• Transaction Monitoring
• UBO identification and verification
• Risk Management
• Anti Money Laundering Checks

Albeit Users are responsible for conducting the obligatory KYC checks on each other, FeeQuotes.com holds (as intermediary) a firm commitment to stimulate sound business practises. We offer Users that have encountered compliance violations by counterparties the opportunity (when legally permitted) to report such defaults to team Feequotes via our Complaint Procedure so we may take appropriate actions against this User. We may deploy individual AD-HOC checks on Users if we suspect that any User or planned transaction compromises sound business practices.

Only Clients and Service Providers from countries with scores that meet our standards are admitted.

After a Client Request is published, it is closed for editing and open for receiving FeeQuotes for as long as it has status "Open". Other relevant statuses

• Close
• Once the Client has chosen a Service Provider the Request is Closed. This will close the opportunity for Service Providers to send new FeeQuotes.
• Suspended
• In case the Client wishes to park the Request for a while he may Suspend it. If you already issued a FeeQuote you need to wait until the Project is Reactivated. During the time the Project is Suspended no other Service Providers can send FeeQuotes.
• Reactivated
• Upon the moment the Client wishes to unfreeze a Suspended project he Reactivates it. At this moment other Service Providers can issue FeeQuotes and effectivelythis status is the same as "Open".
• Revoked
• When Client decides to discontinue his Request via FeeQuotes without the intention to revive it in the foreseeable future he Revokes the Request. This will close all outstanding FeeQuotes as well as the opportunity to send new FeeQuotes.

We offer you leads in return of a compensation. We are not responsible for what comes after:

• Clients that choose another Service Provider as a result of which your FeeQuote is rejected.
• Clients that revoke a project as a result of which your FeeQuote becomes irrelevant.
• Clients that Suspend a project shortly after you purchased the right to issue a FeeQuote. Clients change statuses themselves and we have no hand in this.
• Clients that turn out not to be serious in their request for a Service Provider.
