• This policy is an integral part of the User agreement / General Terms and Conditions as published on the main page of the Website.

This Code governs the rules and limits when using the Website and must be complied to at all times. Violations of this Code may result in account termination or suspension and/or termination of a FeeQuote Request. Any questions regarding this Code should be addressed to team@feequotes.com 

Applicable to all Users (Service Providers and Service Requestors):

1. Users must be mandated by the company they represent to ask for FeeQuotes (Service Requestors) or to issue FeeQuotes (Service Providers);
2. Users are actually working (either in an employment relation or as a contractor) for the Company they represent;
3. The Company associated with the User has a website;
4. The Company associated with the User has a physical address;
5. Users will not open an account if their account was previously deactivated by FQ;
6. Users will not post content that includes incomplete, false or inaccurate information;
7. Users will not use FQ to generate false feedback;
8. Users will not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm FQ, or the interests of Users (including Intellectual Property Rights, Privacy and Publicity rights);
9. Users will not download and aggregate listings from FQ for display with listings from other websites without our written permission. 
10. Users will not "frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of the Website into any other website without our prior written authorization;
11. Users will not attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by FQ;
12. Users will not copy, modify or distribute content from FQ and will not infringe its copyrights and trademarks;
13. Content that Users place on FeeQuotes.com:

 

1. will not infringe upon or misappropriate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right or proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy of any person.
2. Will not violate any law or regulation.
3. Will not be defamatory.
4. Will not be obscene or contain child pornography.
5. Will not contain the development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.
6. Will not contain material linked to terrorist activities.
7. Will not include incomplete, false or inaccurate information about Users or any other individual.
8. Will not contain any viruses or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
9. Will not create a liability to FQ or harm its business operation or reputation.
14. Users will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the FQ Website for any purpose without our written permission;
15. Users will not take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion, exercised reasonably) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
16. Users will not interfere with, damage, manipulate, disrupt, disable, modify, overburden, the Website or your Account, or assist any other person to do any of these things, or take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
17. Users will not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the website without the prior express written permission of FQ and the appropriate third party, as applicable;
18. Users will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website's, services or tools;
19. Users will not bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Website;
20. Users will not use FQ to spread Spam or Advertising;
21. Users will not post content or items in inappropriate categories or areas;
22. Users will not infringe any laws, third party rights or FQ policies;

23. Users respect confidentiality and privacy and will not disclose confidential corporate information or documents received from FQ to third parties, other than as required by law or where explicit authorization is given by the FQ counterparty;
24. Users will avoid exaggeration, derogatory remarks, and inappropriate references;

Applicable to Service Providers:

25. I will not engage in personal attacks, negative or other unfair criticism or other unprofessional conduct;
26. The Company I represent is an experienced corporate service provider and has a proven track record in rendering the corporate services as requested on the Website;
27. The Company I represent is able and licensed (where needed) to render the service as requested by Service Requestor;
28. Prior to accepting a new client via FQ I will conduct all required legal client onboarding procedures (compliance/ client acceptance) and I will comply with all rules and regulations that apply to the services I will provide to Service Requestors;
29. I am committed to reply to Service Requestors within 24 hours;
30. I will not render services to Service Requestors that plan to undertake non-permitted activities (including but not limited to Bribery/ Racketeering / Money Laundering/ Tax avoidance/ Fraud) in any of the jurisdictions where FQ is active either directly or indirectly. Should I encounter such activities and to the extent I am permitted by law, I will inform FQ via the Complaints Procedure.
31. I accept the Fees and Charges and during the time I use FQ I will not circumvent or manipulate the FQ fee structure.
32. I appreciate that FQ may from time to time ask my feedback on Service Requestors. I will assist in providing this feedback and will not take any action that may undermine the feedback or reputation systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information or using it for purposes unrelated to the FQ Website);
33. I will only correspond with Service Requestors via FQ for as long as Service Requestors have not yet closed their Request. 

Applicable to Service Requestors:

34. I am an entrepreneur (not an advisor) from country A that needs corporate support in country B as a part of my international expansion.
35. I am not merely making a Request in order to have a general idea on prices and possibilities. I have investigated what service I need prior to launching a FeeQuote request at FQ.
36. I accept that I am solely responsible for selecting the right Service Provider and for the outcome of hiring a Service Provider via FQ;
37. I am committed to reply to Service Providers within 24 hours;
38. I will not use FQ for non-permitted activities (including but not limited to Bribery/ Racketeering / Money Laundering/ Tax avoidance/ Fraud) either directly or indirectly.;
39. I accept the Fees and Charges and during the time I use FQ I will not assist Service Providers in manipulating the FQ fee structure.
40. Upon filing a FeeQuote Request I will not post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or offensive content (including personal information);
41. I appreciate that FQ may from time to time ask my feedback on Service Providers. I will assist in providing this feedback and will not take any action that may undermine the feedback or reputation systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information or using it for purposes unrelated to the FQ Website);
42. I will only correspond with Service Providers via FQ for as long as I have not closed my Request.
